 We understand life happens therefore we offer a full refund if you are unable to attend an event provided we are notified no less than 10 days prior to the event. 

A 50% refund will be offered provided we are notified no less than 5 days prior to the event. 

Anything thereafter is non-refundable and full cost will be incurred.

We are happy for you to exchange/offset the value of your ticket against a future event if you are unable to attend the original event booked provided we are notified no less than 5 days prior to the event. Anything thereafter is non-refundable and full cost will be incurred.

You are more than welcome to gift your ticket to a friend if you are unable to attend yourself, please just inform us of any changes.

Should we be required to cancel we will endeavour to re-schedule to another time, in the event you are unable to attend the new date a credit will be provided to use against future events. Should we not be able to re-schedule and are required to cancel completely a full refund will be offered.
